- 120Hz Gaming
Increasing the frame rate to 120 fps provides the most fluid action possible. In racing and shooting games, this is an absolute must to get a more responsive gameplay experience on a big screen. Most traditional consoles, such as XBOX One and PS4, don't go beyond 30 or 60 fps, which basically means that for every frame on your traditional game console, you'll see a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 4 with your next-gen game console. The latest game consoles. including the Sony PlayStation 5 (PS5), Microsoft XBOX Series S and XBOX Series X, support 120Hz gaming. Of course, your TV or monitor must also support 120Hz. Check this in the specifications.
HDR (High Dynamic Range)
The HDR function improves the display of dark and bright images (contrast enhancement). If both devices support this, you can activate it (if necessary) on one or both devices.
ARC (Audio Return Channel)
The television, if it has ARC support, can send audio signals back to a receiver to play this sound. This is especially useful when watching analog TV or digital TV via a module in the TV. 1 HDMI cable is then sufficient to bring the video signal to the TV and the audio signal from the TV to the receiver.
