We got this product installed at our parent's house who are senior citizens. One night there was a theft in the house and the siren went off immediately. All the society members were alerted at once and the cops were informed immediately. Thankfully the cops were able to nab the thieves without any problems to my parents. I would highly recommend this product to people who are staying far-off from their parents especially if they are senior citizens. I want to thank team Avatron for their prompt service, a big mishap was avoided
