| Installation Instructions
Prerequisite before installation
Step 1: Detach the front glass panel carefully from the switch module using a screwdriver.
Step 2: L - Load N - Neutral P - Phase
Follow the wiring diagram and connect the phase, neutral and load wires to the switch module terminals. Loop the two phases using a piece of wire.
While inserting the wire into the terminal make sure the copper ends are tightly twisted.
Step 3: Use the screws provided to fix the device to the console box.
Step 4: Clip the front panel to the device and turn the power ON.
Note: Due to change in capacitance, the switch may become unresponsive after fixing the glass panel. Please turn off the main power and turn it back on.
Safety Warnings:
-
Do not install the device without turning off the main power supply.
-
Do not connect the glass panel without turning off the main power supply.
-
Do not connect any load greater than 16A. Each light switch is rated to 16A resistive only.
-
Do not connect loads in series to one light switch.
-
This device is not suitable for single phase motor pumps as the starting current is 6 times that of the rated load current, which may cause relay contacts to permanently weld.
