Rental Terms & Conditions

At Avatron, we provide professional AV equipment rentals for events, conferences, exhibitions, and corporate presentations. To ensure smooth service, the following terms apply:

Rental Period

Rental duration is calculated from the time of delivery until the scheduled pickup time.

Payment Terms

Full rental payment must be completed before equipment dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the equipment value.

Equipment Responsibility

The client is responsible for the safety and proper use of the rented equipment during the rental period.

Damage & Loss

Any damage, theft, or loss of equipment will be charged to the client at repair or replacement cost.

Electrical Safety

Clients must ensure stable power supply. Damage due to voltage fluctuations or improper power connections will be the responsibility of the client.

Liquid Damage

Spillage of liquids on equipment such as projectors, displays, or audio systems will be treated as damage and repair costs will apply.

Late Returns

Late return of equipment may result in additional rental charges.

Delivery & Setup

Delivery, installation, and technician support services may be available depending on the equipment and location.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled delivery may attract cancellation charges.
