We recently purchased this product and fixed it in the living room. One day the tea candle holder in front of the God picture frame caught fire on the wooden platform where it was kept. We were asleep in our bedrooms and that is when we heard the loud alarm from the smoke detector. We ran out of our bedroom only to find that the living room was filled with smoke and there was a small fire on the wooden platform. I must say this smoke detector saved us that day. I am planning to install more in all the 3 bedrooms as well.
This is a great product and good investment for families.
